I love writting songs, I don't get around to it as much as I would like but lately I've been doing it more. I've been singing in a choir since I was 3 at church. I still remember the choir directors name, Miss Marcey. Okay so when I was little I had such a high pitched voice i sounded like miney mouse so it was either speech or singing lessons so my momma put me in the church choir lol. And I've been singing ever since. My dad was the worship leader at church and I've always looked up to him as an artist. He can do anything he sets his mind to, sometimes I just wish he would use that atribute and I guess that is one thing that has driven me all my life. He spent 40 years of his life studying music and now he can teach all of what he's learned and been so passionate about to me. When I write songs he helps me put guitar to them and he is always willing to help me. My momma is the voice in my head though. I have so much in common with my father but my mom and I can talk for hours on end about ANYTHING. She is the only one working in my family right now and it is soo hard on her. I hate seeing her so tired and run down and just sad. I would do anything for my mommy :) - she supports me in anything that I do and she loves to listen to me sing. I've been performing for quite a long time it's just seems natural to me. And I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! I just started playing guitar not too long ago. Not very good at it yet but it works to jot songs down. I think that right now in country music the person I look up to the most is Taylor Swift. I absoulutly love all her songs. And the way she approches performing you can just tell she loves it so much! It's amazing she writes her own songs. She's the kind of person you feel like you want to be best friends with. True artist right there! I love volunteering for things and I volunteered to sing for an old folks home this christmas and let me tell you it was the best feeling in the world!!!!!! I got to do what I love and make people smile. I'm not very complicated other than the fact that im human. "Life is a symphany composed by god" luv...
