Bio:
Music is my life. Always has been and always will be. I love it. Even when I hate it, I love it. I am part gypsy, part hippie, part poker-playing Buddha. I love real rootsy country, gritty blues, lots of soul, and great rock and roll. I especially love bands that combine all of those genres. The best day of my entire life happened this year when I got to record a Waylon Jennings song with former Waylon members Richie Albright, Fred Newell and Bee Spears. It's all gravy after that.

Like everyone else, I've had quite a life story, all of which can be found in the songs I write. I was born in Wisconsin and started playing in bands at 14, left home early and traveled around discovering who I was was, and who I wanted to be. I've had the pleasure of performing with some of the best pickers around, especially in Austin, where I lived for almost 10 years. Just recently moved to Tennessee and I like it here as well. I'm most at home on the road, or in a cabin in the mountains. Or singing anywhere.

The rest is just history, so why bring it up now?
